Return & Refund Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product arrives with any defects, damage, or does not match the order placed, please submit a return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.

To protect your rights, please:

    1. Inspect the product upon delivery;
    2. Take clear photos or videos of any defects or damage;
    3. Contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Once the issue has been verified, we will:

    • Waive all return and exchange fees;

    • Arrange a one-to-one replacement service.

Requests submitted after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for return, exchange, or compensation.

2. 30-Day Return & Refund

If the product does not fully meet your expectations or fit your living space, you may apply for a return and refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, giving you greater confidence with every purchase.

3. Return Condition

Please note the following conditions when requesting a return:

  • Product Condition Requirements
    • Returned products must be kept in good condition and must not show any signs of:
      • Scratches;
      • Stains;
      • Damage。
    • We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request for products that have been affected by abnormal wear and tear, improper use, inadequate maintenance, or intentional damage.
  • Packaging Requirements

To prevent damage during transit, please retain and use the original packaging when returning the product.

If the original packaging is unavailable or damaged, please use secure and suitable alternative packaging materials.

For the protection of both parties, we recommend taking photos of the product and packaging before handing them over to the courier.

 

4. Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order, or any item within the order, free of charge up to one day before the scheduled delivery date;
    • Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued with no cancellation fees.

Refund Method

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

5. Refund Amount

As delivery services are provided by third-party logistics partners, the shipping charges incurred are considered fixed costs that have already been incurred. Therefore, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, and only the product purchase price will be refunded.

Specifically:

    • Applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount;
      • Only the product purchase price (unit price) will be refunded;
      • Shipping fees already incurred are non-refundable.
